When you submit a flight request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, requested service, preferred date, and project notes. We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate the proposed flight, schedule services, and provide customer support.

Text-message information

Website booking submissions may generate an internal transactional SMS alert sent only to the owner of Steve Smith Aerial Imaging. Customers who submit the form are not enrolled in an SMS marketing program and do not receive automated text messages from this workflow.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided only to service providers that help deliver requested communications, when required by law, or to protect the security and operation of the service.

Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. The recipient may reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help.

Data use and retention

Information is used only for operating the booking service, communicating about requested services, maintaining business records, preventing misuse, and meeting legal obligations. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
